When companies/firms/organizations grow, it becomes difficult to keep eye on the greater vision and purpose behind why it all started and people and organizations go on an auto pilot mode trying to work done on a day-to-day basis. Due to this, the culture that gets built creates negativity and friction among co-workers and soon things get derailed.
Here, a culture audit helps founders/boards to get a pulse of their organization and help them grow their vision. These things might look negligible and trivial in the beginning, but if not catered to compound to major issues that can derail the organizations trajectory massively.
Curate Cultural Experiences

Kush has published over 10 books including comics, coffee table books and children’s illustrated books for the Department of Archaeology and Museums, Haryana, Vratya Foundation and Indie Gatha Play Lab.
He has also written more than 10 articles popular and academic in English and Spanish. His work includes stories and research on archaeology, culture, heritage, martial arts and cultural intelligence.
